As author of the life-changing books “A Woman’s True Purpose: Live Like You Matter” and “Choose Yourself: A Journey Toward Personal Fulfillment for Women,” radio personalities from Steve Harvey to Tom Joyner and Essence Magazine have all shared her expertise with their audiences. Dr. Nicole serves as a contributor for Rolling Out Magazine, Hope for Women Magazine, Monarch Magazine, Elev8.com, BlackGospel.com, and CBS radio all to champion the success of others in ways which set her apart. As a sought after speaker, she has addressed large audiences from T.D. Jakes’ Mega Fest to Spelman College and her expertise has extended to television on TV One’s “R & B Divas LA” and Aspire TV’s “Exhale”. Dr. Nicole’s success has also been highlighted in Today’s Black Woman Magazine as a nationally recognized “Woman On The Move” and the 2015 Rolling Out Magazine’s Top 25 Women of Atlanta.
With a career that extends over 15 years from work within Fortune 500 companies including Manpower (parent company of Right Management), News Corporation (parent company to all FOX networks and corporations), and Anheuser-Busch to name a few, Dr. Nicole has a diverse corporate, faith-based, and entertainment clientele. As a results oriented leader in her own right, her clients include c-suite leaders (CEO, COO, CFO, and VP’s) in leading corporations within healthcare, retail, and banking, in addition to entrepreneurs, athletes, entertainers, and pastors of major faith based organizations. Her work with such clientele has positioned them to successfully achieve their goals and deliver on their business, personal, and relationship objectives. As a change agent she has also spearheaded operational turn-a-rounds with executives seeking to shift their culture, strengthen their corporate operations, productivity, effectiveness, and bottom line.
Dr. Nicole received her BA in Psychology from Spelman College and her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University. Committed to her craft, she is certified with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with The International Coaching Federation, a Board Certified Coach (BCC) with The Center for Credentialing & Education, a master trained coach and graduate of the College of Executive Coaching, and the former Associate Director of Counseling for mega congregation Faithful Central Bible Church in Los Angeles, California. She is a member of The American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) and The Screen Actors Guild (SAG). She is also a founder member of The Professional Organization of Women dedicated to empowering African-American women to learn, lead, and succeed. Her faith and personal motto: “Life is a Gift. Living is a Choice!” has propelled her personal journey on a path that few would argue is definitely purpose driven.
